ABOUT ME

I’m Louis, a designer who works on both sides of a business: the brand customers see and the product teams use. My work runs from packaging and identity to UI/UX for websites, apps and internal ERP/CRM tools, and the design systems that hold them together.

In practice

I start with the business, not the visuals: who buys, who uses, what has to change. Then comes structured research, a clear information architecture, user flows, quick prototypes and a polished final UI, cutting anything that doesn’t earn its place. At CellphoneS I design tools used in daily operations; in my own products I test ideas directly in the market.
